Clinicopathologic Analysis of Remnant Gastric Cancer after Distal Partial Gastrectomy: Experience of Single Center during 15 years
… 양상을 분석하였다. 34명중 14명은 과거에 암으로 인해 20명은 양성질환으로 위부분절제술을 받은 경우였다. 과거 악성질환으로 수술받은 환자의 경우 처음수술과 잔위암수술의 기간이 양성인 경우와 비교하여 유의하게 짧았다. (P<0.001) 31명(91.0%)이 수술을 받았고 이중 23명(67.6%)이 근치적으로 절제술을 받았다. 잔위암으로 위절제술을 받은 31명의 환자를 악성과 양성그룹으로 나누었으나 두군의 수술 결과와 임상병리적 양상에서 특별한 차이가 없었다. 최근(2005년 이후) 수술받은 잔위암환자는 낮은 병기의 …
