The Effects of a Reality Therapy for the Elderly with Depressive Disorder
본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 항우울제를 복용하고 있는 우울증 노인을 위한 현실요법 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여, 그 효과를 검증해보고자 시도하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실요법 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 문헌고찰을 통해 예비 프로그램을 작성하였다. 작성된 프로그램은 전문가 집단을 통해 프로그램 구성 및 내용을 검증받았다. 프로그램의 적절성은 12명의 우울증 노인에게 적용하여 평가하였고, 이후 수정·보완을 거쳐 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 현실요법 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 대조군과 …
