… 대하여는 거의 연구 되어지지 않았으며, 시술자마다 경험적으로 사용하고 있다. 따라서 하요부 및 제 1천추 부위 신경근까지 약물이 분포할 수 있는 가장 적은 량의 약물의 용량을 아는 것은 안전하고 효과적인 시술을 하는데 참고가 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 요부 및 미추를 통한 경막외차단술에서 병변의 위치를 고려한 적절한 약물의 주입량을 결정하기 위하여 조영제가 혼합된 약물을 5 ml와 10 ml로 각각 나누어 요부 및 미추 경막외강으로 투여하고 경막외 조영상을 얻어 약물이 경막외강에 분포하는 척추 분절의 차이를 비교 연구하였다. …
