… 3차 의료기관으로 전원된 경우는 단 6명뿐이었다. 2009년부터는 본원 응급의학교실 내 외상외과 분과를 활성화하면서 권역응급의료센터를 내원한 중증 외상환자의 수술 및 입원 치료에 적극적으로 개입하면서 2009년에서는 타 의료기관으로 전원을 간 중증 환자의 수가 전년도에 비해 크게 줄어든 15명이었다. 국내에서 상당수의 중증 외상환자들이 비록 외상전문센터는 아니지만 권역응급의료센터로 내원하였음에도 불구하고 여러 가지 이류로 최종 치료를 위해 타 의료기관으로 전원을 가고 있었다. 중증 환자들이 타 의료기관으로 전원되는 이유로는 …
