The Relationship Between Heat Illness and Pre-existing Medical Conditions During Summer
… 사이의 연관성은 distributed lag nonlinear model을 이용하여 역치기온 이상에서 최고기온 1°C 상승에 따른 온열질환의 상대위험도(relative risk, RR)로 추정하였다. 기저질환 유무에 따른 연관성의 차이는 효과변경(effect modification)으로 확인하였다. 효과변경은 기저질환을 가지고 있는 집단에서의 상대위험도와 그렇지 않은 집단에서의 상대위험도의 비로 계산하였다. 기저질환과 열사병 사이에 연관성이 있는지 조사하기 위하여 2012년도 온열질환 감시체계 자료를 이용하여 사례-대조군 …
