… 비교는 전반적인 두개골절 진단, 단순두개골절 진단에서도 통계적 차이가 있었지만 특히 압박두개골절 진단과 봉합선두개골절 진단에서는 Kappa 수치도 큰 차이를 보였다. 결론: 대부분의 소아두개골절에서 3차원CT가 단순방사선 촬영보다 진단율이 우수하기 때문에 골절의 의심이 있는 경우에 3차원 CT가 필요할 것으로 추정되었으며, 특히 압박두개골절과 봉합선 두개골절에서는 중요성이 높을 것으로 추정되었다.
