The effects of interations between physical activity and obesity in cardiovascular disease risk among middle-aged women
이 연구는 중년 여성에서 신체활동과 비만이 심혈관 질환 위험에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 신체활동과 비만이 심혈관 질환 위험에 미치는 상호작용을 규명하는 것이다. 자료는 국민건강영양조사 제 4기 1차년도(2007)와 2차년도(2008) 원시자료를 활용하였다. 1차년도와 2차년도 참여자 중 40~59세 여성 2,118명 가운데 신체활동 및 체질량 지수가 결측된 140명을 제외한 총 1,978명을 연구대상자로 하였다. 신체활동에는 신체활동 안함, 가벼운 신체활동, 중등도 신체활동, 격렬한 신체활동이 포함되었으며, 심혈관 질환 위험지표는 …
