… 알아 보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법 : 본원 소아과 전문의에 의해 가와사키병으로 진단되어 심초음파 검사와 대량 면역 글로불린 치료를 시행한 환아 41명을 대상으로 전안부 검사와 안저검사를 비롯한 종합적인 안과검사를 시행하였으며 최소한 1회 이상 추적검사를 시행하였다. 전신검사를 통해 모든 환아에서 Harada 스코어를 계산하여 전신증상의 정도 및 안과적 소견의 정도와 비교하였다. 안과적 염증 정도를 정량적으로 비교하기 위해 대상 환자의 안과적 검사소견에 안과 스코어를 부가하여 전신증상의 정도 및 Harada 스코어등과 비교하였다. …
