전화 도움을 이용한 심폐소생술
… 전화 도움 없이 심폐소생술 시행한 군(NDCPR)의 심폐소생술 수행도를 비교 하였다. 심정지 상황을 가정하여 10분간 마네킹에게 심폐소생술을 시행하였다. DCPR 군에서는 흉부압박만 시행하고 NDCPR 군에서는 흉부압박 대 인공호흡을 30:2로 시행하였다. 교육용 마네킹과 촬영한 동영상을 통하여 흉부압박의 수행도 평가를 하였다. 핵심 동작의 수행도 비교는 두 군 간의 차이가 없었지만 흉부압박의 적절성과 이완성에서는 DCPR 군이 더 잘 시행되었고, 흉부 압박 시의 정확한 손의 위치에서도 DCPR 군이 더 적확한 위치에서 잘 …

심폐소생술 교육 전•후의 시행의지 및 가슴압박의 정확도의 변화
… 정보를 조사하였다. 결 과 : 본 연구에서는 심폐소생술의 교육 전보다 교육 후에 심정지 환자의 시행의지와 심폐소생술 술기에 대한 자신감이 높아지는 결과가 나왔으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 심폐소생술의 교육 전과 후에 일반인대상자의 가슴압박 술기의 정확도 역시 높아지는 결과가 나왔으며 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결 론 : 심정지 환자를 발견하고 나서 즉시 이루어지는 신고 및 심폐소생술의 실시까지의 신속한 응급의료체계가 이루어지기 위해 적극적인 일반인 대상의 심폐소생술의 교육이 이루어져야 …

… 미국응급의학회 응급초음파 지침에서 제시하는 응급초음파 적응증에 해당하는 다발성 외상, 심정지, 저혈압, 우상복통, 요로결석 의증에 대한 초음파의 평균 시행빈도를 응급초음파 검사의 활성도로 정의하고 각 조사항목과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 총 54개 대상병원 중 설문연구에 응답한 병원은 총 46곳의 병원(85.2%)이었고 병원 별 평균 보유장비 수는 1.4±0.6개였고 이중 성능이 저하된 초음파 장비를 가지고 있는 병원은 10곳(21.7%)이었다. 독립된 비용청구코드를 갖고 있는 병원은 31곳(67.4%)이었으며 모든 검사에서 …
