Association between the duration of diabetes and periodontal diseases.
… 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 당뇨병 이환기간, 연령, 교육수준, 흡연, 고혈압, 심근경색증 또는 협심증, 주관적 구강건강상태, 구강위생용품에서 치주질환과의 관련성을 보였다. 결론: 본 연구에서는 당뇨병 이환기간이 치주질환과 관련이 있고, 당뇨병 이환기간이 길어질수록 치주질환 유병률이 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 당뇨병이 발생했을 때 계속적으로 구강건강을 관리 할 수 있도록 교육과 관리가 필요함을 시사해준다.
