A Study on the Relationships among Somatization, Emotional Labor and Burnout in Nurses.
간호사의 신체화증상과 감정노동 및 소진과의 관계 본 연구는 간호사의 신체화증상과 감정노동 및 소진과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구로 간호사의 신체화증상 예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도 소재 일 대학병원에서 근무경력이 1년 이상이고, 진단받은 특정한 질병이 없는 3교대 간호사 188명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2015년 3월 10일부터 3월 28일까지 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 사용한 도구는 한덕웅, 전겸구, 탁진국, 이창호 및 이건효(1993)가 개발한 신체적 증후 도구와 …
