Change of Uric Acid and its Clinical Implications
… 요산은 48명에서 감소, 18명에서 증가하였으며 증가한 환자 중 6명은 도중에 신부전이 발생하였다. 요산의 감소변화(첫번째 측정치-두번째 측정치)는 A군과 S군에서 각각 2.0±2.1mg/dl과 0.2±1.5 mg/dl로 차이가 있었다(p=0.001). 입원경과 중 출혈변성이 총 9명이 있었고 A 군 8명, S군 1명이었다(p=0.002). 이들의 대부분(8/9)은 무증상의 점상출혈이었고 S군에 있는 1명만 증후성(symptomatic) 출혈이었다. 급성 허혈성 뇌경색에서 첫 일주일에 요산의 감소변화가 있다. 초기에 …
