만성, 비전형적, 재발성 중심성장액맥락망막병증에서 유리체강내 bevacizumab 주입술의 효과
… 재발성 중심성장액맥락망막병증을 대상으로 후향적으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 최대교정시력(logMAR)과 중심황반두께를 초진 시, 유리체강내 bevacizumab 주입술 후 3개월, 6개월, 9개월, 12개월 후에 측정하였다. 경과 관찰기간 동안 환자들은 평균 3.23±1.7 회의 유리체강내 bevacizumab 주입술을 시행받았으며, 경과 관찰 기간 내내 통계적으로 유의한 평균 시력의 향상 및 중심황반두께의 감소가 측정되었다. 유리체강내 bevacizumab 주입술과 관련된 안과적, 비안과적 합병증은 관찰되지 않았다. …
