Analysis of microstructure in human carpal bone using micro-CT
… 두께와 골 표면적 비는 높게 분석되었다. 결론: 수근골 해면골이 주변환경에 대해서 순응적 적응(adaptive remodeling)을 하기 위해서 재형성한 결과는 생역학을 비롯한 기초 의학 뿐만 아니라 임상에서 적용이 가능하다. 이를 토대로 골절로 인한 나사못과 임플란트의 삽입술에 해면골의 방향성과 골소주 두께 등을 고려해야 bone-implant interface에 보다 많은 in-growth가 유발되어 임플란트의 수명을 연장할 수 있다고 생각한다.
