Analysis of microstructure in human carpal bone using micro-CT
목적: 수근골 중에서 임상적으로 중요한 부위인 월상골(Lunate), 주상골(Scaphoid) 및 삼각골(Triquetrum)에서 미세단층촬영기를 이용하여 미세구조를 밝혀 임상에서 사용되는 고정물의 디자인과 삽입 위치 및 삽입 방향을 결정하는데 기초데이터를 제공하고자 한다. 재료 및 방법: 12명의 사체에서 월상골, 주상골 및 삼각골 시편을 각각 7개씩 획득하여, 획득된 모든 시편은 미세단층촬영기에 의해서 촬영한다. 촬영된 미세영상은 CT Analyser 소프트웨어를 이용하여 월상골은 4.26 × 4.26 × …
