Correlation between Serum Lipid Level and Neurophysiological Findings in Patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
"손목굴증후군은 횡수근인대 아래를 지나는 정중신경이 압박을 받아서 발생하는 말초신경병증으로 가장 흔한 죄임신경병증이다. 손목굴증후군의 진단은 임상증상과 신경생리학적 검사를 통해 확진 할 수 있으며, 최근에는 고해상 초음파가 진단에 유용하게 이용되고 있다. 손목굴증후군의 원인으로 비만, 당뇨, 갑상선질환, 외상 등이 있으며, 특히 비만과 손목굴증후군 사이에 연관성이 높게 보고되고 있다. 또한 손목굴증후군 환자에서 이상지질혈증이 보고되고 있다. 본 연구는 손목굴증후군의 신경생리학적 소견 정도와 혈청 지질과의 관계를 밝히려고 하였다. …
