본 연구는 조기경력 간호사의 언어폭력 경험과 소진, 이직의도와의 관련성을 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 본 연구는 경기도 소재 일 대학병원에서 근무하는 신규간호사를 제외한 최소 1년 이상 근속기간 5년 미만인 조기경력 간호사를 임의 표출하였다. 자료수집은 2015년 9월 7일부터 9월 13일까지 진행되었으며 구조화된 설문지를 통하여 최종 143명의 자료를 분석하였다. 언어폭력 경험의 연구도구는 남경동(2006)이 개발하고 구자관(2007)이 수정, 보안한 도구를 간호사에 맞게 유미옥(2011)이 수정 보완한 도구, …

Burnout and Job stress in Emergency room nurses caring for Pediatric Patients
본 연구는 소아환자를 돌보는 응급실 간호사의 직무스트레스와 소진을 파악하고, 이들 간의 관계를 확인하여 소아환자를 돌보는 응급실 간호사의 직무스트레스와 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 근무환경 조성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 1. 대상자의 직무스트레스 정도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.60점(±0.55)으로 나타났으며, 영역별로는 ‘보호자와 환자 관련 사항’이 4.05(±0.72)으로 가장 높았으며, ‘부적절한 물리적 환경’이 3.37점(±0.74)으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 2. 대상자의 소진 정도는 5점 …

간호사의 극복력은 소진, 이직률, 직무 스트레스와 간호업무성과에 영향을 미치는 간호사의 기본 역량이다. 본 연구에서는 간호사의 극복력을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 개념분석, 측정도구와 관련된 문헌고찰과 간호사를 대상으로 한 심층 면담 결과를 통해 40개 예비문항을 도출하여 내용타당도를 검증하고 서울과 경기도에 소재한 700병상 이상 3개 상급종합병원의 간호사 496명을 대상으로 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하였다. 요인분석을 통해 기질적 패턴, 관계적 패턴, 상황적 패턴, 철학적 패턴, 전문가적 …
