뇌종양 치료 목적의 시토신데아미나아제를 발현하는 인간 중간엽 줄기세포의 임상용 치료제 생산 공정 개발
… 무혈청 배지와 동결 보존액 cryostor10을 사용함으로써 동종 세포 이식을 위한 세포치료제 공정 개발을 진행할 수 있었고, 이렇게 생산된 중간엽 줄기세포는 그 특성을 유지 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통해서, GMP에 준수하여 생산될 뇌종양 치료 목적의 MSC/CD는 임상 시험을 통해 세포 치료제가 개발될 수 있는 가능성과 실질적인 방법을 제공할 수 있음을 시사한다.
