Expression of Peroxiredoxin Induced by Silica in Alveola Epithelial Cells
… Prx의 분해 과정을 알아보고자 하였다. 폐암 상피 세포주에 실리카를 처리 한 후 세포성장 및 세포사에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였고, PrxⅠ, PrxⅡ의 발현 양상 및 변화를 분석 하였으며, 분해 경로를 연구하기 위하여 사람 2형 폐포 상피 기원 폐암세포주인 A549 세포주에 ubiquitin을 과발현후 co-immunoprecipitation을 시행하여 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 실리카에 의해 세포사가 유도되었고 Prx의 분해에 의한 발현의 감소가 나타났으며 이는 실리카에 의해 유발되는 활성산소종의 작용과는 무관한 것으로 …
