A Study on the Clinical Characteristics of Female Patients with Fibromyalgia Syndrome Visiting a University Hospital during the Period of 2010~2014
본 연구는 여성 섬유근통증후군 환자의 임상적 특성을 파악하고 그와 연관된 증상과 동반질환 등을 파악하여 섬유근통증후군 환자의 증상 경감과 안녕을 위한 중재방안 모색의 기초 자료를 위해 시도되었다. 대상자는 2010년~ 2014년 일개 대학병원에 방문한 환자 중 섬유근통증후군 진단 받은 여성 환자 182명으로, 병원 의무 기록팀에 의뢰 후 담당의의 허락을 받은 환자의 정보를 이용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 섬유근통증후군 여성 환자 182명 중 연령별로는 40-50대가 114명(62.6%)로 가장 많은 분포를 보였고 1년 미만의 질병 …
