섬망은 병원에서 일반적으로 발견되는 광범위한 신경 정신학적 증후군이며, 급성으로 발현하는 가역적인 증상이다. 중환자의 섬망 발생은 비계획적 튜브 및 카테터 제거가 증가되고, 재원 일수 증가, 사망률의 증가, 의료비용의 증가 등 많은 부정적 문제를 야기하므로, 섬망 발생 후 치료를 하는 것보다 발생을 예방하거나 조기 발견이 중요하다. 환자의 변화를 조기에 확인할 수 있는 간호사는 섬망을 조기 발견하기에 가장 적합한 인력으로, 섬망을 빠르게 인식하고 쉽게 선별할 수 있도록 하는 섬망 선별도구가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구는 한국 중환자 …
