Usefulness of Quantitative Measurement of Three Phase Bone Scintigraphy in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type Ⅰ after a Stroke
"뇌졸중 후 제 1형 복합국소동통증후군으로 진단된 환자의 삼상골스캔의 정량적 분석이 임상증상의 정도, 치료반응 및 증상경과와 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 뇌졸중 후 뚜렷한 임상증상과 삼상골스캔에 의해 제 1형 복합국소동통증후군으로 확진된 43명이었다. 삼상골스캔의 정량적 분석을 위하여 방사성동위원소 섭취량을 건측에 대한 환측의 섭취비를 구하였으며, 이러한 정량적 섭취비가 Kozin의 진단 분류 및 치료에 대한 반응, 증상경과와 연관성이 있는지를 분석하였다. 삼상골스캔의 각 영상에서 부위별로 …
