땅콩에 감작된 생쥐 비장에서 분리된 수지상세포의 감마선 조사 땅콩 단백 자극에 대한 사이토카인 발현 양상
… 단백(이하 PN 10)으로 자극하였다. 자극된 수지상 세포의 IL-10, IL-12 사이토카인의 발현과 co-stimulatory molecules 발현 양상을 확인하여 감마선이 조사된 땅콩 단백 추출물이 알레르기 반응을 감소시키는 효과가 있는지 확인하고자 한다. 본 실험은 BALB/c와 C57BL/6 4주령의 웅성 생쥐 12마리를 각각 6마리씩 땅콩에 감작시켜 진행하였다. 생쥐는 1주 간격으로 총 5주 동안 땅콩 단백 100 ㎍과 항원보조제인 aliminum hydroxide 1㎎을 혼합하여 피하 주사하였으며, 감작시키는 …
