이식 신장의 부피와 무게가 이식 후 신장 기능에 미치는 영향
… 결 과 : 이식신의 크기와 수혜자 체표면적의 비는 신장 이식 수술 후 3년째의 계측된 사구체 여과율(eGFR)과 상관 관계를 보였다. 이식신의 크기와 수혜자의 체표면적의 비가 80.4mL/m2을 기준으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. (p<0.05) 다변량 분석을 통하여 이식신의 크기와 수혜자 체표면적의 비, 이식신의 무게와 수혜자의 무게의 비, 기증자의 연령, 기증자의 사구체 여과율, 기증자와 수혜자간의 체표면적의 비가 이식 후 각 기간동안 이식신의 기능을 예측할 수 있는 독립적인 인자로 증명되었다. (p<0.05) 결 …
