Entecavir Therapy for Patients with Hepatitis B Virus-Related Decompensated Cirrhosis
… 치료3개월 마다 HBV DNA, Child-Pugh score 및 AST, ALT, 빌리루빈, 알부민, 프로트롬빈 시간, 크레아티닌 등을 검사하였다. 결과: 1) 엔테카비어 투여 12개월 후 HBV DNA는 45명중 40명(88.9%)에서 음전되었다. 2) Child Pugh점수의 호전을 보인 환자는 45명중 32명(71.1%)이었으며, 2명(4.4%)은 악화를 보였고 11명(24.4%)은 유지하거나 1점 감소를 보였다. 약물 투여 전 HBeAg이 양성이었던 17예 중에서 9명(53%)이 음전이를 보였다. 3) 전체 …

Factors associated with Liver Stiffness in Chronic Liver Disease

Efficacy of Entecavir in Patients with Hepatitis B virus-Related Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis
