Analysis of Spacer Region derived from Recombination between Heterologous loxPs
… 10개씩 확인하였다. 염기 서열을 확인한 재조합 산물 중 우리가 예측하지 않았던 특이한 재조합물 (aberrant recombinant)을 선별하였다. 결론 : 총 25개의 mutant/mutant 조합 (2272, M2, M3, M7, M11)으로 heterologous loxP 간 재조합 산물의 ‘spacer region' 염기 서열을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 재조합 메카니즘에 의해 예측되어지는 재조합 산물 외에 자기 lox site의 spacer region 염기 서열을 보이는 재조합 산물이 관찰되어졌다. 이 재조합 산물의 …
