The relationship between on-call work and health problem and injury
… 비만에 해당되는 대상자에서 대기근무자의 비율이 높았다. 직업적 특성에서는 육체노동자, 비정규직, 교대근무에 해당되는 대상자들에서 대기근무자의 비율이 높았으며, 대기근무자들의 경우 물리적, 화학적, 인간공학적 요인과 직무스트레스에 노출되는 비율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 개인적 특성과 직업적 특성, 근무환경, 직무스트레스를 보정하여 분석한 결과 대기근무를 하는 경우 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 신체적 건강문제 1.33배(95% CI 1.22-1.44), 정신적 건강문제 1.31배(95% CI 1.08-1.60), 손상 …
