… 발전은 복부혈관들의 해부학적 관계를 정확하게 평가할 수 있게 하였다. 상장간동맥의 분지각은 넛크래커증후군의 주된 원인으로 여겨지고 있으나 정상군의 수치는 아직 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 다중검출기 CT 혈관조영술을 이용하여 정상군의 상장간동맥의 분지각 및 상장간동맥과 좌신정맥의 해부학적 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 15세에서 25세사이의 비뇨기과적 자각증상이 없고, 뇨검사 및 일반혈액검사에서 이상소견이 없는 남자 33명을 대상으로 다중검출기 CT 혈관조영술을 시행하였다. 기초 자료로부터 관상면, 축상면 및 시상면의 …
