The effect of back massage on labor pain , labor duration and childbirth experience in women during labor
" 본 연구는 분만진행 중 시행한 등 마사지가 분만통증과 분만경험에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위한 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상은 경기도 S시에 소재한 A 대학병원 분만실에 분만을 목적으로 입원한 초산모로 실험군 30명과 대조군 30명에 임의로 배정하였으며, 자료수집기간은 2006년 6월 1일부터 2006년 12월 30일까지였다. 연구도구는 VAS와 Marut와 Mercer(1979)의 분만경험 측정도구를 이용하였으며, 실험군에게는 자궁경관 개대 4cm과 자궁경관 개대 10cm시 각각 5분 간격으로 3회 등마사지 시행직후 주관적 …
