Comparison of Process of Change, Self-Efficacy, Decisional Balance and Personality by the Stages of Exercise Behavior in Middle-Aged Women
본 연구는 범이론적 모델을 바탕으로 중년 여성의 운동행위 변화단계별 변화과정, 자기효능감, 의사결정균형 및 성격의 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위한 조사 연구이다. 2009년 11월 1일부터 2주 동안 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 경기지역에 거주하는 중년 여성 272명을 임의표본추출하여 자료수집을 하였고 그 중 256명의 자료를 분석하였다. 운동행위 변화단계, 변화과정, 자기효능감, 의사결정 균형 및 성격이 측정되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 기술통계, 분산분석 및 사후검정을 하였다. 연구결과, 변화단계별 10가지 변화과정은 …
