… 정상 소장 상피세포주인 IEC-6과 인간 대장암세포주인 HCT-116을 사용하였다. 방사선조사는 6MV 선형가속기를 이용하였고 실온에서 0, 2, 4, 6 Gy의 선량으로 조사하였다. 다양한 농도의 녹차추출물을 단독으로 처리하거나 녹차추출물 처리 후 방사선을 조사하고 MTT assay, clonogenic assay, ROS assay를 시행하였다. 방사선과 함께 0.025 및 0.05 mM의 녹차추출물을 사용하였을 때 방사선만을 조사받은 경우에 비해 정상 세포주인 IEC-6에서 방사선조사 후 세포생존율이 증가하였으며 …
