Cross-Simulation of the Predicted Concentrations between the Two Pharmacokinetic Models during Target Controlled Infusion of Propofol
… 농도(Ce)를 교차 시험 전후로 비교하였다. 연구 결과 : Marsh 모델에 의한 목표농도주입법이, Schnider 모델에 의한 주입보다 반응성 소실에 걸리는 시간이 유의하게 짧았다. 교차실험 결과 예측 농도의 시간 추이는 다르게 나타났다. Marsh 약동학 모델은, 약물 주입 초기에 과다한 농도로 주입 되었고, Schnider 약동학 모델은 2시간까지 보다 높은 농도로 약물 주입 양을 유지하였다. 또한 공변인자 중에서 체중이 예측 농도의 차이에 가장 큰 상관관계를 보였다. 반응성 소실 (LOR)시 효과처 농도는 두 그룹 …
