3세 미만의 아토피 피부염 환자에서 땅콩 항원 감작과 임상양상
… 평균 연령은 13.16±8.53개월이었다. 148명의 환자 중 84명(65.1%)은 모유수유, 25명(19.4%)은 혼합수유, 20명(15.5%)은 분유수유를 하였다. 33명(22.3%)의 환자가 천식을 동반했거나 천식으로 진행하였고, 17명(11.5%)은 알레르기성 비염을 동반하였다. 총 41명(27.7%)은 땅콩 섭취 후 급성두드러기를 경험하였으며, 3명(2%)은 혈관부종을, 2명(1.4%)은 아나필락시스를 경험하였다. 148명 환자의 혈청 땅콩 IgE의 평균 수치는 19.9±32.27 kU/L이였으며, …
