… 조직의 대략 4,000여개의 정상과 종양 샘플의 DNA 메틸화 영역에 대해 비교, 분석 하고 이들 영역의 유전자 발현과의 관계를 고찰 하였다. 이때, 선형과 비선형 통합 회귀 모형을 사용하여 조직 비 특이적으로 나이에 따라 변화하는 DNA 메틸화 영역을 노화 관련 DNA 메틸화 시그너처라고 명명하였다. 정상 조직에서 확인 한 127개의 시그너처는 X 염색체에 많이 분포 되어 있었다. 특히, CpG islands (CGI) 영역에서는 구아닌(G) 과 시토신(C) 염기가 많이 분포된 나이에 따른 과 메틸화 영역이 많았고, …
