Three-dimensional Computed Tomographic Analysis of Normal Developmental Process of Cranial Sutures
… 같은 영유아 머리뼈 이상의 진단에 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 진단의 기준이 되는 정상 머리뼈봉합 발달 과정의 삼차원 전산단층사진 소견에 대한 연구는 아직까지 미비한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 삼차원 전산단층촬영을 시행한 생후 12개월 이하의 영아 243명을 대상으로 시상봉합, 관상봉합, 시옷봉합 및 이마봉합 등 머리덮개뼈의 주요 봉합과 나비이마봉합, 나비마루봉합, 나비비늘봉합, 비늘봉합, 마루꼭지봉합, 뒤통수꼭지봉합 등 머리덮개뼈의 작은 봉합의 닫힘 과정을 관찰 기술하였다. 머리뼈봉합의 정상적 닫힘 과정을 정량적으로 분석하기 …
