Tailored chemotherapy based on genomic polymorphisms for metastatic colorectal cancer treated with 5-fluorouracil plus oxaliplatin or irinotecan in Korean patients
… 12명의 환자에서 FOLFIRI용법으로 치료받았다. 전체 환자에서 완전관해는 없었으며 맞춤화학치료에 대한 반응율은 43.2%(19명)였다. 유전자 다형성에서 XPD-751, GSTP1-105, XRCC1-399, UGT1A1*28에 대한 동형접합 돌연변이는 존재하지 않았다. TS와 MTHFR-977유전자 다형성은 반응도를 예측함에 있어 통계학적 의의를 보이지 않았다. FOLFOX용법을 시행 받은 환자군에서 8명, FOLFIRI용법을 시행 받은 환자군에서 4명이 진행병변을 보였다. 이들 12명 가운데 10명의 환자에서 …
