… 가진다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 ICER에 의한 NeuroD의 억제현상을 당뇨가 유발하는 당독성의 분자적 기전으로 제시 할 수 있었는데, 이는 쥐의 췌장으로부터 분리한 islet 세포실험에서 고농도 당조건 세포에서만 ICER의 만성적 증가와 NeuroD의 감소가 관찰되었기 때문이다. 동시에 고농도의 glucose조건에서 배양된 HIT cell에서 cAMP-PKA 신호의 표적으로 잘 알려진 전사활성인자 phospo-CREB의 만성적인 증가가 관찰되었는데, 이것이 hyperglycemia에서 forskolin에 의한 ICER의 과도한 …
