Association between the duration of diabetes and periodontal diseases.
목적: 당뇨병 환자의 효과적인 구강건강관리를 위해 당뇨병 이환기간에 따른 구강보건행태, 당뇨병 관리 특성을 파악하고, 당뇨병 이환기간과 치주질환과의 관련성을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 본 연구는 「국민건강영양조사」의 제 4기(2007-2009), 제 5기(2010,2012) 자료를 사용하였다. 만 40세 이상의 당뇨병 환자 중 당뇨병 이환기간이 정확하게 나온 2,197명을 대상으로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과: 당뇨병 이환기간별 구강보건행태와 당뇨병 관리의 특성을 파악한 결과 당뇨병 이환기간 모든 군에서 주관적 구강건강상태가 …
