Production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies against cathepsin B and cathepsin B-Like proteins of Naegleria fowleri
… NfCPB와 NfCPB-L 단백질의 분자 면역학적 특성을 관찰하기 위하여 단클론항체를 생산하고자 하였다. 먼저 재조합 NfCPB 및 NfCPB-L 단백질을 얻은 후 마우스에 2주 간격으로 3번 면역시키고, 혈청을 얻어서 ELISA를 통해 항체가(titre)가 높아진 것을 확인하였다. 면역된 마우스의 비장(spleen)을 적출하여 비장세포들을 얻고 myeloma cell line인 F/0 세포들과 세포융합기술(cell fusion)을 통해 잡종세포(hybridoma cell)를 얻었다. 항체가가 높은 클론을 선택하여 …
