Clinical Analysis for the Diagnostic Accuracy of Three Dimensional Computed Tomography and Simple Radiography in the Pediatric Head Injury Patients with Skull Fracture
목적: 단순 방사선촬영에 의한 두개골절의 진단은 두부손상에 대한 가장 기본적인 척도중의 하나이지만 소아에서는 나이가 어릴수록 두개골의 골화가 이루어지지 않아서 단순 방사선촬영에 의한 두개골절의 진단율이 성인에 비하여 낮아질 것으로 추측되고 있다. 최근에 3차원 CT에 의한 두개골절의 진단율이 신생아에서부터 유아까지도 단순 방사선 촬영에 의한 두개골절의 진단율보다 더 높다는 주장이 제기되고 있지만 모든 단순두개골촬영을 3차원 CT로 대체하기도 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 연구자는 단순 방사선촬영과 3차원 CT에 의한 소아두개골절의 …
