Influencing Factors in Health Promoting behaviors of Stroke Patients : Focoused on self-efficacy and social support
본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 건강증진행위 영향요인을 파악한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 경기도 소재의 D종합병원 신경과 외래를 방문하여 치료받는 환자 132명을 대상으로, 2015년 9월 15일부터 10월 15일까지 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 건강증진행위는 Walker, Sechrist와 Pender(1995)가 개발한 Health Promoting Life style ProfileⅡ(HPLP-Ⅱ)를 윤순녕과 김정희(1999)가 한국어로 번역한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였고, 자기효능감은 …

"뇌졸중 후 제 1형 복합국소동통증후군으로 진단된 환자의 삼상골스캔의 정량적 분석이 임상증상의 정도, 치료반응 및 증상경과와 어떠한 연관성이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 뇌졸중 후 뚜렷한 임상증상과 삼상골스캔에 의해 제 1형 복합국소동통증후군으로 확진된 43명이었다. 삼상골스캔의 정량적 분석을 위하여 방사성동위원소 섭취량을 건측에 대한 환측의 섭취비를 구하였으며, 이러한 정량적 섭취비가 Kozin의 진단 분류 및 치료에 대한 반응, 증상경과와 연관성이 있는지를 분석하였다. 삼상골스캔의 각 영상에서 부위별로 …

The effect of stimulation on swallowing function in post-stroke patient
본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 후 연하곤란 환자에게 냉촉각 자극법을 제공하여 연하기능 즉, 연하곤란 정도, 구강 인두기능, 연하 속도를 파악하여 연하곤란 환자를 위한 냉촉각 자극법의 효과를 알아보고자 수행한 비동등성 대조군 전후시차 설계이다. 2010년 3월부터 8월까지 6개월 이내 뇌졸중을 진단 받은 후 연하곤란을 호소하는 환자 중 연구 대상에 적합한 자를 임의로 표출하였으며 의무기록지와 대상자 혹은 가족의 면담을 통해 대상자의 특성을 파악하여 대조군을 선정하였다. 병변부위, 뇌졸중 종류, 식이를 변수로 짝짓기 하여 실험군을 선정하였으며 …

Subacromial bursa injection of corticosteroid on hemiplegic shoulder pain
어깨 통증을 갖고 있는 뇌졸중 환자에서 이학적 검사와 초음파 검사를 이용하여 어깨 관절주위 질환을 진단한 후 견봉하 점액낭 내 스테로이드 주사(트리암시놀론 40mg)를 시행한 결과 통증 및 환자가 느끼는 장애 정도에 호전이 있었으며 어깨관절의 능동적 운동범위, 특히 전방굴곡과 외회전의 운동범위에 호전이 있었으며 특별한 부작용 발생 없이 주사 후 8주까지도 효과가 지속되었다. 이러한 결과는 어깨 통증에 대한 스테로이드 주사 치료 시 치료 효과, 경과 및 지속시간을 추정하는 데에 구체적인 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
