노인요양보호교육이 기혼여성의 노인에 대한 지식과 행동에 미치는 영향
본 연구는 노인요양보호교육과정에 참여한 기혼여성의 노인에 대한 지식, 노인에 대한 행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 유사실험연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도 S시에 위치한 대학교 부설 요양보호사교육원 교육생 24명을 실험군으로 표집하고 이에 짝짓기로 경기도내 S시와 N시에 거주하는 여성 24명을 대조군으로 하여 총 48명을 연구대상자로 하였다. 자료수집은 2008년 9월 1일에서 10월 16일까지 실시하였으며 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 노인요양보호교육과정에 참여한 24명을 대상으로 요양보호사 교육과정 …
