Care Helpers'Attitude toward the Elderly, Knowledge and Practices of Fall Prevention
본 연구는 노인요양시설에 근무하는 요양보호사의 노인에 대한 태도, 낙상관련 지식과 낙상예방행위와의 관계를 파악하여 요양보호사를 대상으로 낙상예방 교육프로그램을 만드는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 경기도 성남시와 용인시 3개소의 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사 186명을 대상으로, 2015년 9월 1일부터 9월 15일까지 자료 수집을 하였다. 연구의 도구는 노인에 대한 태도는 Sanders 등(1984)이 개발하고 임영신(2002)이 수정·보완한 도구를 사용하였고, 낙상관련 지식은 …
