The effects of a laughter therapy program depression, and cognitive, and pulmonary function in elderly patients
본 연구는 요양병원 노인환자를 대상으로 우울을 감소시키고, 인지기능과 폐기능을 향상시킬 수 있는 기능강화웃음치료 프로그램을 구성하여, 적용한 후 기능강화웃음치료 프로그램이 요양병원 노인 입원환자들의 우울, 인지기능 및 폐기능에 미치는 효과를 규명하여, 요양병원 노인에게 중재프로그램으로 유용한 중재인지를 파악하기 위하여 시도하였으며 이를 위한 설계로는 비동등성 대조군 전․후 설계를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 기능강화웃음치료 프로그램은 웃음치료와 손동작을 활용한 인지기능 강화와 심호흡 및 박장대소를 이용한 폐기능 강화 …
