… 수술 방법 이후 합병증 때문에 최소 침습적 수술 방법이 많은 발전을 거듭하여, 최근에는 극외측 도달법에 의한 추간공 경유 내시경 추간판 제거술을 사용하면서 다양한 경우의 추간판 탈출증을 치료할 수 있게 되었다. 2003년 12월부터 2004년 9월까지 극외측 도달법에 의한 추간공 경유 내시경 추간판 제거술을 받은 요추간판 탈출증 환자 156명 중 추적 조사가 가능한 135명을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 추간판이 탈출된 방향에 따라 중심성 탈출, 후외측 탈출과 추간공 탈출로 나누었고, 탈출된 추간판이 상하로 이동한 경우와 이동하지 …
