성인 당뇨환자의 구강관리실태조사 및 치주질환과의 관련성
본 연구는 성인 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 구강관리 실태를 파악하고 치주질환과의 관련성을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 당뇨 환자의 효율적인 구강건강관리를 위한 예방교육의 필요성을 확인하고 구강 건강 증진 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하였다. 2014년에 실시한 국민건강영양조사 제 6기 2차년도 원시자료를 활용하였다. 성인 만20세 ~ 90세 미만인 총 7550명을 전체대상자로 하였으며, 이 중 치주질환 관련 항목에 응답한 대상자를 추출하고, 그 중 당화혈색소 수치 등 주요 변수에 응답한 대상자를 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 …
