Oral Health-Related Quality of Life and associated Factors in the Elderly
본 연구는 노인들의 구강건강관련 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시도된 상관관계 연구이다. 치과치료를 위해 경기도 소재 일개 대학병원 치과와 서울시 소재 치과의원에 내원하는 만 65세 이상 노인환자 119명에게 구강건조증, 저작능력, 구강건강관련 삶의 질 척도로 구성된 설문을 실시하고, 잔존치아 수와 의치 장착 여부는 환자의 의무기록지를 통해 작성하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS version 19.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이변량분석결과 성별과 최종학력, 당뇨병 유무와 의치 장착 여부, 구강건조증, 저작능력, 잔존치아 …
