… 차이가 없었으나, 65세 이상 노인과 폐경 후 여성에서는 낮은 골밀도(골감소증, 골다공증)에서 낙상손상위험이 정상 골밀도 보다 3배 이상 높게 나타났다. 또한 이 집단에서 음주와 비만, 흡연은 낙상손상 위험에 대하여 골밀도와 상호작용이 존재하였는데, 개별적인 영향보다 함께 있을 때 낙상손상 위험의 상승작용이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 65세 이상 노인과 폐경 후 여성에서 낮은 골밀도는 낙상손상에 대한 위험요인인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 낮은 골밀도의 노인 및 폐경 후 여성들을 낙상손상의 고위험군으로 인지하고 예방의 …
