… 다음과 같다. 1) 심혈관 질환에 중요한 영향을 주는 위험요인 그룹은 66세 이상의 고혈압환자 및 비만?성별 순으로 나타났다. 2) 심혈관 질환은 위험요인의 우선순위에 따라 서로 다른 관리가 필요하다. 연구결과에 따라 심혈관 질환에 영향력이 큰 위험요인에 따라 차별화된 예방 및 관리가 필요하고, 그에 따른 보건정책 의사결정이 필요하다. 따라서 국민건강보험공단에서 심혈관 질환자의 1, 2차 예방관리를 위한 군집별 조치를 다르게 취할 수 있도록 하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
