Effects of 5-Lipoxygenase Activating Protein Inhibitor on Abnormal Alveolarization and Lung Development Induced by 85% Oxygen Exposure in Newborn Mice Model
… 기관지폐이형성증은 만성적인 호흡곤란과 산소의존도를 나타내는 질환으로서 인공환기요법, 고농도산소, 감염, 영양결핍, 수액과다공급 등의 다양한 원인으로 인한 염증성 반응과 비정상적 폐포화 과정 및 폐포 생성의 감소를 일으키는 것으로 알려져 있다. 최근 동물실험 연구에 의하면 신생 랫드에서 고농도 산소를 투여한 경우 비정상적 폐포생성을 초래하는데 이 과정에 leukotriene이 관여하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 또한 치사 농도 이하의 농도인 85% 산소에 노출된 신생 마우스에서도 비정상적인 폐포화 현상이 초래됨이 보고되었다. 이에 …
